Diet continued

So I did my soup diet for a week and lost 5 lbs I had better results the other time, but it might be because I was about to go on my monthly :OP so I am gonna try it again in a week or two. For now I am watching what I eat , calories, fat etc etc. I will keep ya posted :O) hope I am not boring ya! Love ya all!

Sharon you're funny! Brett and I started doing yoga. I found a show on the fit channel so we record it and when we get a chance we do our little peaceful workout. It's fun and it feels good to stretch.

I think even the smallest amount of weight lost is a success...the hardest thing is keeping it from packing back on, that's how I do...I lose and then gain it all back and then some...urrghhh!
