The Soup diet is...
The soup diet is a very restrictive diet where you make the soup and eat it every day all day with combinations of fruit and vegetables. No bread, milk on one day only, bananas on one day only, beef or chicken on two days and in a very specific order. I tried it with mom once before I did it on my own and had good results both times lost over 5 lbs each time. You can go on it any time you want as many times as you want taking 2 day breaks between weeks. I couldn't find my copy of the diet I used before so I looked it up on-line their are several that looked the same or similar to the one I had before with variations on the same recipe. They call it the soup diet or the cabbage soup diet or the sacred heart memorial medical diet. Heather you don't look like you need to loose any weight! You silly! But it is good to cleanse your system and flush out yucky stuff if that's what you need to do. I am hoping to loose 50 lbs or more! I know that is allot! So let me know what you think. I will keep you up dated on how I am doing on it, this being my first week I plan being on it for 4 or more weeks. TTYL Loves :O)

Oh yes I do you silly!! I really just need to get back in shape. I may have to check this diet out. I'm very picky though so I might have a hard time with it.. Let me know how it goes! Love ya!
